Argumentation requires that you move a person from one premise to another — usually gently. As we do marketing, you have to ask yourselve the questions that lie beneath the questions: you have to ask Level 1 (“What do you buy?") with Level 2 (“Why do you buy it?") and Level 3 (“What does this say about you and your clan?”) in the back of your mind.
